30 GAL DIRECT FIRED MELTER
The skid mounted 30 gallon melter is designed to be used with applicator pots and tools. The 30 gallon melters come equipped with a 2” gravity fed valve to dispense material into an applicator pot or pouring bucket. Each unit is hand agitated and comes with a material thermometer, lifting handles, double headed 160,000 BTU burner and propane hose with regulator.

60 GAL DIRECT FIRED MELTER
The skid mounted 60-gallon melter is designed to be used with applicator pots and tools. Equipped with a 5.5hp engine powers the agitation and a double headed 160,000 BTU propane burner to provide fast heat up times. The unit is also equipped with a material thermometer, propane hose with regulator and 2” draw off valve. Designed to fit into service elevators. Available with casters for ease of movement on job site.

100 GAL DIRECT FIRED MELTER
The largest direct fired kettle available holds a capacity for 100 gallons of rubberized ashphalt. This unit allows the contractor to increase the amount of material being melted without upgrading to a larger oil jacketed kettle. This unit comes with a single 3,500 lb axle with electric brakes and breakaway kit. Material is heated with a 300,000 BTU propane burner and comes with a single propane bottle holder.
